Alteration of Itinerary
Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. When Alterations are made after making payment to service providers, all expenses incurred by Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd. in alteration of the booking of services are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as hotels, airlines, cruise operators, tour package service provider, car rental service provider and Event facilities service Provider.
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits or Service Vouchers issued by us while travelling out of INDIA, at the commencement of travel. To carry all these documentation is the sole responsibility of the client.
Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of foreign tourists coming to INDIA to obtain appropriate documentation like a valid passport and necessary visas.
Clients should take into account all Domestic as well as international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
All excess baggage charges during travel are the sole responsibility of the client. Failure to follow the regulations regarding permitted baggage during travel may result in refusal by airport / Rail / Car / Coach / cruise staff to load your surplus baggage onto the carrier or it may result in additional luggage charges to be borne by the tourists
We at Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd highly recommend that you purchase full coverage Travel insurance / Event insurance from your country of origin. So as to minimize financial risks against any untoward incident.
For Indian tourists we can include insurance coverage in your tour package / Events for additional cost of the same
Complaints , Claims and Arbitration
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.
For all claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the clients, claim for compensation for any deficiency in service, the same shall be resolved by a sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the company. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai, Maharashtra state, INDIA. The arbitration shall be governed by the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation act 1996.

Modification or Discontinuance of Service
Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
Pricing of Tour Packages and Events
Yukta Holidays and Events Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to modify ( increase ) the published cost on our website or brochures due to increase in tariffs by hotels, transporters or Event service providers or due to the imposition of new taxes.
After Check in, certain hotels charge a security deposit which is refundable on check out after deducting any expense borne by the clients. All tourists are liable to pay this deposit.
